This print by SSI is 100% cotton. This panel makes a wine bag holder and includes the instructions. The biggest picture in the middle measures 22 3/4" x 19". The entire panel measures 23 1/2" x 45" wide and is sold by the panel.  Shipping is paid up front but we will refund the difference between the shipping paid and the actual cost to mail :)
